Single Session Therapy FAQ's
What is Single Session Therapy?
It is therapy that lasts for one session.
How long is a session?
60 minutes
How does it work?
The therapist will use a goal-directed approach to help you identify solutions to your concern. The session will focus on discovering your strengths, available resources and new possiblities for responding to the problem.
Can I return for more sessions?
You can book another single session at any time. A new session will focus on the goal you identify for that session.

Our Solution Focused Brief Therapy utilizes a Narrative Therapy approach to help people work through personal and relationship challenges, cope with life transitions and enhance well-being.

Narrative Therapy is a respectful, non-blaming approach to counselling, which centers people as the experts in their own lives.

commitments and abilities that can assist them to reduce the influence of problems in their lives.
